Slaying in road dispute probed; Quiet, family man is seen as unlikely victim

An Uptown resident, Roberto Hernandez, descirbed as a quiet, family man, was murdered in Little Village, an apparent victim of road rage.

Several memebers of his family were in the vehicle at the time of the incident, and his 8-year-old son was grazed by a bullet. Police had no one in custody several days later.
